Background
Most eCommerce platforms either focus exclusively on shopping or selling, rarely both in a truly seamless way. Many users find it cumbersome to manage separate apps for these purposes, especially small business owners or casual resellers who want to set up shop without technical complexity.
This app was born out of this need—to simplify the ecosystem and bring buyers and sellers together in a unified experience.

Research & Planning
User Interviews: Conducted 10 interviews (5 buyers, 5 sellers) to understand expectations, pain points, and motivations.
Competitive Analysis: Studied platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. Found that while they excel individually in either shopping or selling, none offered a balanced, unified experience.
